2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days
- International Shipping: 7–15 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
3. International Shipping
We ship to many countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us to see if we can arrange shipping.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are applied once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the package has been shipped.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
